I know a lot of folks just feel too overwhelmed to learn to do it, even though it would help them in so many ways. I'm really grateful for what I've been able to learn through the internet in recent years.loves2spinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02072576848451758173noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4666117209180392269.post-25604780810907083992012-11-29T12:01:04.591-05:002012-11-29T12:01:04.591-05:00Thanks for the article on stock and bone broth. Most people are too into fast food or even making food fast (convenience food). Thanks for sharing and passing on what you know! I mean, exhausting it for 10 minutes and all that? After that, and you get it up to 11 pounds pressure, a quart of clear stock only takes 25 minutes to process! That's too bad you lost your nice broths. I do like to freeze mine, but need the freezer space for other things too.loves2spinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02072576848451758173noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4666117209180392269.post-24781868941338636852012-11-20T07:20:21.697-05:002012-11-20T07:20:21.697-05:00I need to make some more broth. Need to learn to can the broth so if the fridge or freezer die I don't lose it all. How do you can it all?Autumnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05264740645986491246noreply@blogger.com
